How do we book our wedding florals?
The first step is to fill our our inquiry form here, once received we’ll begin crafting an initial style guide and quote for your event. We’ll schedule a call to share our suggestions, and note any feedback you have. At this point we take a 50% retainer and share a contract to secure your date and book the event. There are still opportunities to refine the vision.
How far out should we book?
There is a big range here! Most folks reach out about 10 months in advance, sometimes we work as short term as 60 days, but our preference is to be able to grow flowers specifically for you, so 6-8 months tends to be best. We do need your date to be secure however, so having already booked your venue is required.
Where do you work?
My heart is in local flowers, and currently we prioritize those we grow on our farm in Hanover County. We are available for events within 3 hours of Richmond, Virginia.
why local?
Because they are so beautiful. But also, because we believe that events as love filled as a wedding should be thoughtfully crafted both for you as a couple, your loved ones in attendance, and the environment they grew in. We use sustainable growing practices that reduce carbon emissions, build healthy ecosystems, protect our waterways, and ensure safe and kind working conditions for our team, all while supporting our regional economy.
